Founded in 2004 in Spain by rider Tristán Grijalbo, Mosaic produces bearings, skateboarding tools and wheels. Grijalbo’s family owned a group of bearings companies, and he started selling their products to other skaters back in the late 90s. By the early 2000s he knew some of the most influential skateboarders in Europe like Jimmy Fontecilla, Alex Castañeda, Dani Rubio, some of which are still part of Mosaics team of pro riders to this day.

Mosaic’s bearings are known to be among the lightest bearings on the market. They are fast, lightweight, durable and can be found with either a ceramic or titanium core. The Mosaic ceramic bearings are harder and longer lasting than metal ones and are more resistant to impacts.
